Indooroopilly has one of the more evenly split housing profiles among Brisbane suburbs. Brisbane City Council is progressing a tailored amendment package covering Indooroopilly alongside Carindale and Nundah, proposing to increase the maximum building height from 20 to 25 storeys in select locations and reduce the minimum site area required for maximum height from 4,000 to 2,000 square metres, alongside strengthened built-form and sustainable-travel requirements.
