Logan
Logan sits between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, covering a broad mix of established suburbs and newer growth areas. It appeals to buyers looking for relative affordability with reasonable access to both cities.
Brisbane
Brisbane spans everything from dense inner-city living to leafy suburban pockets and outer growth corridors, so the right area within Brisbane depends heavily on your budget and lifestyle priorities.
Ipswich
Ipswich is one of Queensland’s older regional centres, now absorbing significant growth as Brisbane expands westward, with a mix of heritage character and newer estates.
Redlands
The Redlands, southeast of Brisbane along Moreton Bay, is known for a coastal and semi-rural feel, including the Southern Moreton Bay Islands.
Moreton Bay
North of Brisbane, Moreton Bay covers coastal, semi-rural and suburban areas, with a range of property types across a large geographic footprint.
Gold Coast
The Gold Coast combines coastal and hinterland living, from high-density beachside towers to quieter suburban and acreage areas further inland.
